Odyssey

An odyssey is a long journey in which the protagonist returns at the end. This piece is based on my experience with clinical depression. There was a long period of time where I felt lost, and after starting medication it felt like I had returned home... the stress and the pain is now behind the figure--still connected, but in the past. The figure faces the future, arms wide for whatever it brings.
